Background: I have had the opportunity to serve in all the three main sectors of Business, Government and Civil Society. Currently, besides being a Partner in Wasafiri, I serve as a faculty of the Presencing Institute and the University of Cambridge Program for Sustainability Leadership. I hold qualifications in Development Studies, Philosophy and Public Affairs.
Assignments:
- Between 2005 and 2008, I helped the President of Zambia re-establish the role of Chief of Staff in the presidency.
- In 2007, I conducted a leadership training program for the Zambian Cabinet.
- Between 2007 and 2009, I facilitated a cross-sectoral group of leaders from business, government, and civil society seeking and finding innovative solutions to the HIV pandemic.
- Between 2007 and 2009, I supported a group of entrepreneurs in establishing three businesses that now employ more than 115 people.
- Since 2008, I have been supporting the leadership development in and the transformation of the Namibian Healthcare System.
- In 2008, I facilitated a process that brought together former African Heads of State to think through what contribution they could make to fight against HIV and AIDS.
- In 2009, I facilitated a process that brought together all the Anglican Bishops in Africa and former African Heads of State to think through what contribution they could make to fight against HIV and AIDS.
- In 2009, I conducted a leaders training program for the Namibian Cabinet.
Expertise: Organizational and Leadership Development; designing and facilitating processes for innovation and change; and corporate affairs.
Passions: Writing and singing.
